Storage King, North Parramatta, NSW.
The project involved the conversion and redevelopment of an existing industrial building into 600 No. self storage units.
Creative Resolution using their acquired skills project managed the design process, statutory approvals, construction certificates, tender process, construction and handover to Storage King

Industrial Cold Store Facilities, DR Johnston, Greenacre, NSW
The cold storage development included 3,300m2 of cold storage (capable of storing at -20°C), a large palletising and load out area and basement carparks and plant rooms.
Creative Resolution undertook full project management services including the preparation of the project brief and budget, management of the design process, authorities approvals, preparation of tenders, management of tender process, construction and handover of the facilities.

Warehouse Facility, Supre Group
This 2,900m2 warehouse contains Supre’s automated cutting room for their Sydney based manufacturing facility.
Creative Resolution was responsible for the management of the tender and construction stages including budget, program, authorities’ approvals, construction and handover.
