Boroko Commercial Development, Port Moresby, PNG

This commercial development will be the first ESD building in Papua New Guinea. This new six storey A grade standard commercial office development, will include over 5500m² nett letable area of office space and retail space with two levels of basement parking. One of the ESD initiatives to be incorporated is a central atrium running the full height of the building to enhance & provide natural daylight to all the office floors, and improve indoor air quality and environment.

Creative Resolution prepared the initial project feasibility study looking at different development options & concept designs and financial modelling with the Client. Now approved Creative Resolution are undertaking full project management services to complete the development from design through to completion and handover.

Commercial Office Refurbishment, Surry Hills, NSW

Originally built as a wool store and then converted into commercial offices, this development was all about returning the original structure back in time. The building was stripped back to bare its former structure, making it a stand out feature in the new bright, open, vibrant office space.

Creative Resolution provided the project management skills to co-ordinate the design of the internal works and the fitout and refurbishment of numerous offices.  External work included management of the design, statutory approval process for a major exterior and public area refurbishment.

Office Development, Broadmeadow, VIC.

Following Ericcson vacating their purpose built office in 2007; Creative Resolution was commissioned to investigate options for the internal and external refurbishment and subdivision into multiple tenancies.  Creative Resolution prepared the project brief of preferred option; project managed the design, statutory approvals, tender preparation and tendering process.
